Set in Pinhoe, Exeter, our fitness facility is a little different to what you may be expecting from a “gym”. An absence of mirrors, loud music and machines that you have no idea what to do with means our sessions are simple, straightforward - all in a relaxed environment.

Because you are always training with one of our coaches, you never have to guess if you are doing things correctly or effectively.

Sessions are varied so there is no chance of getting bored or clock watching and we guarantee that you will always walk out feeling better then when you walked in!!
